Provide strategic, fiscal, curricular, operational, and personnel leadership for 60 full‑time faculty, 125+ part‑time faculty, four staff, and budgets exceeding $10 million in a collective bargaining environment.

Lead cross-functional team for the Hemingway Society’s Media outlets (journal, newsletter, website, blog, podcast, and social media) in planning and executing the Society’s media presence, manage operations and budgets for all outlets, manage membership, edit the Society’s biannual journal.
